CLIMATE CHANGE

Climate change is a significant and lasting change in the statistical distribution of weather patterns over periods ranging from decades to millions of years. It may be a change in average weather conditions, or in the distribution of weather around the average conditions. Climate change is caused by factors such as biotic processes, variations in solar radiation received by Earth, plate tectonics, and volcanic eruptions. Certain human activities have also been identified as significant causes of recent climate change, often referred to as "global warming".

The world needs to think of how the climate is changing the food supply of the earth. The climate is doing some really bad things to the earth. The atmosphere is also not in good shape because of climate change. Humans now need to think of how climate change is affecting people. Climate change is affecting the food supply of the world.
The climate change is rapidly affecting the earth. The Greenhouse gases are what is
really messing up are world food supply and what is messing up our earth. Global Warming is causing concerns because of its high content in the atmosphere already. Because of global warming the earth is going down really fast. We the people need to step up and take part in the fight against greenhouse gases. Greenhouse gases are what are leading to climate
change, and climate change is what is leading to the depletion of the world food supply. Because of rising greenhouse gases, by the year 2060 the temperature will rise 12 degrees. We have to use more fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizers. Natural fertilizers aren't harmful to the environment.

WIKA NATIN ANG DAANG MATUWID.

There are many languages around the world, but here in the Philippines, Filipino is the main language nationwide. We Filipinos are PROUD to speak using our own language because during from Spanish era who invaded it over 333 years, next is American, then last were Japanese. We never thought that we will have our own language.

        Sa pamamagitan ni Manuel Luis Quezon, ang pangalawang Pangulo ng Republika ng Pilipinas ay siyang nagpatupad at nagdeklara na Filipino ang magiging pangunahing salita o lenggwahe sa ating bansa. Binansagan siya ng Ama ng Wikang Pambansa. Ipinagdidiwang ang Buwan ng Wika sa tuwing pagpatak ng Agosto. Ating pansinin, tayong mga Pilipino ay madaling makapagbigkas ng iba’t ibang lenggwahe sa ibang bansa. Bilang isang Pilipino, gamitin natin ng wasto, ng mabuti ang ating sariling wika. Mahalin, ipagmalaki, pahalagahan an gating wika dahil ito’y gumagabay sa atin papunta sa daang matuwid. Huwag nating ikahiya ang sarili nating lenggwahe. Kapag tayo naman ay nagibang bansa, huwag nating talikuran o kalimutan ang ating pagkaPilipino o kaya an gating pinakamamahal na Wika. Kung wala an gating sariling wika, makakapagsalita kaya tayo? Magkakaintindihan kaya tayo? Hindi, diba? Kaya bilang Pilipino, mahalin, pahalagahan at gamitin natin ng wasto ang ating sariling wika. Tanong ng mga Pilipino, ang ating sariling wika ang tinuturing nating yam sa ating buhay o bansa.

        In conclusion, as a student, I must be proud, and use our own language especially when I am communicating with same nationality and it can be used to reach our goals. As Dr. Jose P. Rizal said, “He who does not love his own language is worse than an animal and smelly fish.” So, we must be proud to our very own language. Love and give importance to it. BE PROUD THAT YOU’RE A FILIPINO!

MY TEACHER, MY HERO.

“Superwoman, Batman, Wonderwoman, Spiderman are some examples of heroes which has special powers.”

           Heroes? Heroes are people who care about our safetiness. They give us security and protection so that we will not be hurt. Most important is the love they give to us. They always do what is good to us.

         

The hero/heroes I’m talking about is my Teachers. They are not only teachers but they are my second parents. Teachers care about our better life. Everyday,  they are sacrificing to wake up early and come to school. They teach us the things that are good to us. Teachers just don’t teach about the subject but also gives us some moral lessons about it. They help us in our problems, in the way they give me some pieces of advice. They develop as to be a better human being of the society.

          For me, there are many heroes in real life. BUT, not all heroes have their own special power. Because if you want to be a super hero you don’t need a special power.

MY MODERN DAY HERO.

“My Modern Day HERO…”

Teachers, Doctors, Policemen, Soldiers, Politicians, Firemen, Engineers and many more. These are the people who we consider as our heroes. They are the ones who help us to be a good person. They are the people who inspire us to reach our goals in life. They are the reason why we’re here. But… the question is, “Are they the only heroes?”

Anyone can be a hero in just simply doing little things. For me? My mother is my hero, because she was the one who guided me whenever I’m in trouble. She was always there just for us. She never left us in sorrow times. She always gives me strength to face the problems. My mother is a strong person, you can’t see in her face that she have a lot of problems, because she is a positive thinker and she have faith in God. She sacrificed a lot just for me and my brothers. She stands as our mother, father, sister and best friend. And now, she left us. She is at Dubai right now just to give us a better future. “Lahat-lahat tinitiis niya para lang sa amin”, that’s why I’m so thankful, lucky and blessed because she is my mother.

I love my mother so much. She is the reason why I’m still living in this LONELY WORLD. She is my inspiration. She is the reason why I am determined to finish my studies, it’s the only thing I know just to thank her. I’M SO PROUD OF MY HERO. :”> Ma. Salvacion A. Arce.

Letter to the President. :)

Dear Mr. President, 

        First of all, I would like to greet you a pleasant day! I hope you're doing okay. I am a student of Ilocos Sur National High School, who is very honored to be given a chance to send you a letter. I just want to share my opinion about the K+12  Education Curriculum.

       I agree with that Curriculum because it is an enhanced basic education. But, we have lack of classrooms and lack of teachers. I hope that you'll find the BEST solution for this problem Sir. :)

SONA.

"State Of the Nation Address"

         President Benigno Simeon "BS" Aquino delivered his Fourth State Of the Nation Address (SONA). Last Monday, July 22, 2013. It's been three years since Filipino voters elected the son of so called "heroes" into the highest office in the land.

         President Noynoy stood ip confidentially in front of many Filipinos. His fourth SONA was good. Because, he talked about our economy, "pantawid pamilya", and the achievement of our tourism.

         He honored the departments. His SONA was long, but some Filipinos are not contented about his speech. Because President Noynoy did not state about the Pork Barrel Scam, many Filipino want this to be removed to the senates. We are hoping that next time he will talk about this and he will improve more about the things that are happening here in our country.

Let's End It....

        Most of the people doesn't care about their health. We can avoid sickness if we end malnutrition here in our country Junk food is one of the reason why there's malnutrition and hunger. If we'll help each other, malnutrition and hunger will be banished here in our country.

        To avoid malnutrition, we need to have balanced diet and we need to eat healthy foods like vegetables and etc.... In eating vegetables, our lifestyle will be better too. Because we can get vitamins and energy from it. Vegetables are the reason why we are healthy and strong.

         FRIENDS, do you have any idea about Nutrition? Is it important? Because it's one of our major problems here in our country.

         Let's end HUNGER and MALNUTRITION, to avoid sickness.
